What crystal is used in your chandeliers? +
All of our chandeliers are made using K9 crystal, known for its excellent clarity, durability, and strong light refraction.
Can I request a custom chandelier? +
Yes. We are happy to accommodate bespoke requests. If you would like a custom chandelier or modifications to an existing design, please complete the online enquiry form and our team will review your request.
How can I enquire about shipping outside mainland UK and Scotland? +
Shipping is included for mainland UK and Scotland. For deliveries outside these regions, please complete the online enquiry form and we will provide a shipping quotation.
Do you offer installation services? +
No. We do not offer installation services. We recommend that installation is carried out by a qualified electrician or professional installer.
How long does it take to produce an order? +
All of our chandeliers are custom made to order. Production time is typically approximately 30 days.
What weight support is required for installation? +
For installation purposes, please ensure that the ceiling structure can support the required weight.
As a general guideline:
• Allow approximately 10 kg per metre of chandelier
• For fittings with more glass or crystal, allow approximately 15 kg per metre

What is your returns policy? +
All of our items are custom made to order. We therefore cannot accept returns unless the product is deemed defective.
If a product is believed to be defective, an electrician’s certificate must be provided as proof.
If goods are clearly damaged upon delivery, photographic evidence must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt. Returns for damaged goods cannot be processed after 48 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order? +
Any changes or cancellations must be made within 5 days of placing the order.
